No Food Inside Bedrooms

Eating food inside bedrooms is strictly not allowed. Any damage to bedsheets, blankets, or curtains caused by this will be deducted from the security deposit.

Zero Tolerance: Illegal Activity

Any illegal activity at the property will be reported to the local police by property staff and the booking will be cancelled immediately with no refund.

Playing Cards & Hookah Not Allowed

Playing cards and hookah are strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests found violating this rule may be asked to vacate without refund.

No Refund on Cancellations

Advance payment will not be refunded in case of any cancellations, regardless of the notice period given.

No Plastic Usage

Plastic usage of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please use eco-friendly alternatives. Help us keep our farm clean and green.

Pool Area Safety Rules

No glass bottles or cake cutting allowed near the pool area to avoid water contamination and safety hazards. Please follow all pool safety guidelines.

Property & Equipment Damage

Any property or electric equipment damaged during your stay will be charged to and paid by the guest. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly.

Personal Belongings

Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended on the property. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.

Booking & Payments

A security deposit of 25% of the total package amount is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at check-in. We accept cash and digital payment methods.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Additional Guests

Extra guests beyond the standard capacity are charged ₹500 per person. Maximum 2 additional guests for the 3 BHK Villa. No extra guests are permitted beyond the stated maximum.

Photography & Privacy

The property is photoshoot-friendly. However, photography of other guests without their consent is strictly prohibited. Drone photography requires prior permission from management.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
